We Know the Window & Door Business
Because We Lived It

xTriam didn't study the window and door industry from a conference room. We ran a construction company in it — selling, installing, managing crews, chasing payments, and learning every operational pain point firsthand. That's why bpmPro works the way it does.

Our Story

Built From the Inside Out

xTriam's founder, Carlos A. Paesano, is a civil engineer with a Chicago Booth MBA, a licensed general contractor, and a licensed real estate broker. He spent years running a construction business in South Florida — quoting impact window and door projects, managing installation crews, coordinating with manufacturers, and handling the back-office work that comes with every job.

That experience is the reason bpmPro exists. It wasn't designed by a software company that interviewed contractors. It was built by someone who was the contractor — and who got tired of watching good businesses lose money to manual processes, disconnected tools, and operational chaos.

Every feature in bpmPro came from a real problem on a real job. The quoting engine exists because building proposals in Excel was costing hours a day. The scheduling module exists because a whiteboard couldn't handle 15 active installations. The payment integration exists because chasing checks was draining the office staff.

Industry Challenges

We Understand What Makes This Business Hard

The window and door industry has challenges that generic CRM software doesn't account for. We know them because we've dealt with every single one.

Impact Window Regulations

Florida's building codes require impact-rated products in wind-borne debris regions. Every project involves product approvals, NOA (Notice of Acceptance) numbers, and county-specific permit requirements. Your CRM needs to handle this complexity — not ignore it.

Complex Quoting

A single window project can involve dozens of product configurations — frame types, glass options, sizes, hardware, screens, colors. Add county tax rates, labor by opening type, and manufacturer price tiers, and you have a quoting process that spreadsheets can't handle reliably.

Price Volatility

Aluminum, glass, and hardware prices fluctuate constantly. Manufacturers issue price increases with 30–60 days' notice. If your quoting system doesn't reflect current costs, you're giving away margin on every job. We've seen contractors lose 3–5% per project from outdated pricing alone.

Supply Chain Coordination

Window and door projects depend on manufacturers, distributors, and delivery schedules you don't fully control. Lead times range from 2 to 12 weeks depending on the product. If your scheduling system doesn't track material status, your crews show up to jobs that aren't ready.

Long Project Cycles

From initial quote to final payment, a window replacement project can take 3–6 months. That means managing deposits, progress payments, customer expectations, and project milestones across dozens of active jobs simultaneously. Without a system, things fall through the cracks.

Customer Communication Gap

The number one complaint homeowners have during a window project: “Nobody tells me what's going on.” And the number one time-waster for your office: answering “Where is my order?” calls. Both problems exist because communication depends on someone remembering to send an update.
